Ashley E. Tremain

Ashley is the managing partner of Tremain Artaza PLLC – a boutique law firm in Dallas, Texas that focuses on representing individual employees and entrepreneurs in all manner of employment disputes.

Ashley is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law, and a member of the Texas State Bar College. She has also been recognized by Texas "Super Lawyers" for the past nine years, and was one of their “Up & Coming 50 Women” in 2017 and 2018.

Ashley currently is a member of the council for the Labor & Employment section of the Dallas Bar Labor Association. She is also a board member with the Texas Employment Lawyers Association. Ashley also holds down a second full time job as a mom.
