  • If you have been fired, and you want to know whether Tremain Artaza PLLC can represent you in a legal case against your ex-employer, please fill out our Intake Form for Fired Employees.

  • If you quit or resigned, and you want to know whether Tremain Artaza PLLC can represent you in a legal case against your ex-employer, please fill out our Intake Form for Employees Who Quit Voluntarily.

  • If you are still working somewhere, and experiencing a problem with your current job, you may fill out our Intake Form for Current Employees. However, please know that we cannot provide specific advice for you through the intake form. If you need strategy guidance, or legal advice about a current situation, in most cases you should schedule a consultation.

  • If you have a contract that you want an attorney to review (for example, a severance package, a non-compete agreement, or a compensation contract), you should schedule a consultation. We cannot answer questions about your documents through any of these intake forms.

Once you complete an intake form, we will carefully review your information, free of charge. If we can take your case, you will receive an invitation to get signed up with our Firm.

Please understand that we cannot help everyone, or take every case. We are only able to handle a select number of cases at a time, and we can only handle cases that are within our area of expertise.
